My biggest takeaway was every level of me requires a new shift in my mind. There is a different way that I should be thinking in order to get to the next level.
Value yourself just like you value everyone else. Also making the best next step and doing the work.
It's ok to have boundaries for myself and take care of me! I need to plan my time like I plan my dr. visits.
